  • Read through the product details carefully and indicate the quantity, size, color you want then click on Add to cart.
  • Click on the shopping cart icon to view summary of your selected items.
  • Proceed to check out to finalize your purchase.
  • Note: For bespoke items, please indicate your preferred initials for this item under the "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS" box located when you click on View Cart Page before you check out.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

  • The following payments are accepted for your purchase at Bespoke & Beyond: Paypal and Bank Deposits
  • Bank Deposits: Bank details are indicated upon choosing bank deposit payment option
  • We provide a grace period of 7 days to deposit after which Bespoke & Beyond will send the customer an email reminder of last chance to confirm the payment. Failure to respond to the email notification in 24 hours will automatically result to cancellation of the order.

BESPOKE

  • Please email shop@bespokebeyond.com immediately after payment. Indicate the exact amount and date of deposit to proper account.
  • IMPORTANT: Production of item will only be done after confirmation of deposit to proper account.

BEYOND

RETURNS

BESPOKE

  • We cannot accept returns or exchange on monogrammed, personalized or final sale items or on items damaged through normal wear and tear or for any change of preference by customer.
  • We do our best to deliver quality products. We inspect all our products prior to shipment/delivery thus we only accept returns under conditions of factory defect or damages.
  • Please notify us within 3 days upon receipt of item for any damages — we will arrange for a prompt replacement of the same order.
  • All items for return must be sent unused and in the original condition it was received along with its original packaging.
  • Please note that all delivery charges for returns/exchanges to and from Bespoke & Beyond will be charged to customer.

 

BEYOND

  • We accept returns on non-personalized items should you change your mind. We would be happy to refund you in the form of store credits for the full amount paid. Store credit validity of 6 months.
  • Please notify us within 3 days upon receipt of item for any damages.
  • All items for return must be sent unused and in the original condition it was received along with its original packaging.
  • Please note that all delivery charges for returns/exchanges to and from Bespoke & Beyond will be charged to customer.
  • SALE ITEMS: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded

BESPOKE

  • We do our best to deliver quality products. We inspect all our products prior to shipment/delivery thus we only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. 
  • All items for exchange under above conditions will be accepted if you have informed us by email within 3 days from date of receipt of the item. Email should be sent to: shop@bespokebeyond.com
  • All items for exchange must be sent unused and in the original condition it was received along with its original packaging.

  • We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. 
  • We would gladly exchange your items for other offered product(s) sold on our website granted the new item(s) is of the same value or more.

  • Please notify us within 3-5 days upon receipt of item for any damages — You will receive a gift credit for the value of your purchase. Once the returned item is received, an electronic gift certificate will be mailed to you.

PRODUCT PACKAGING & GIFT WRAPPING SERVICES

PACKAGING

  • Bespoke & Beyond provides a special product pouch for each online transaction/order made only under the Bespoke & Beyond online store. Our special packaging is made solely for the purpose of protecting your items during shipping.
  • Should a customer wish to request for an additional Bespoke & Beyond pouch, we would be happy to provide the customer at a minimal fee.

     GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE

    • As part of our products and services, Bespoke & Beyond offers special gift wrapping for products purchased only from our online store at a specified fee.
    • Customers may indicate their gift wrapping request on the “SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS” box located when you click on View Cart Page before you check out.
    • Gift Wrapping Service Fees:
           
    • Bepsoke & Beyond reserves the right to specify the appropriate gift wrapping size, dimension and corresponding price necessary for each gift wrapping request per online transaction.
